Clarity Is Coming
Are You Willing to See It?
It's fascinating to reflect on the cosmic phenomena and their influence on our personal growth. I often wonder why some people dismiss astrology when the correlations between the stars and our lives are so apparent. As Carl Jung, the father of evolutionary astrology, said, "Astrology represents the sum of all ancient psychological knowledge." I can't deny the connection between the celestial dance and the changes in my life, whether small or intense.
April: A Super Important Month
This week, we’re experiencing significant events, and April will be one of the most intense months of the year. What’s happening in the sky will bring major changes, and we could experience a quantum leap. The flip side is resisting change, staying too fixed in my Taurus nature, saying, "It's fine as it is, no need for change," even if that's not true.
I’ve asked you this before, but it’s worth repeating: How often do we lie to ourselves, saying everything is fine when it’s not? We get used to suffering and normalize it. We’re conditioned to survive rather than live. We believe we must make sacrifices, accept situations that don’t serve us, and look for ways to escape emotionally or physically. Sound familiar?
It does to me because I was in that position for years until I got fed up and realized there had to be another way to live. And that way is NOW. Not tomorrow, not next year. Life is happening now, offering us countless opportunities for change.
Total Solar Eclipse
This week, we have a total solar eclipse. This celestial event invites us to reflect on the importance of renewal and change in our lives. It's a time to leave the old behind and embrace new opportunities. It reminds us to let go of the past and open up to a future filled with light and transformation.
And while it sounds wonderful, making these changes is hard. Change brings fear and uncertainty, and letting go of the past brings pain. Our subconscious often feels like we're losing something by releasing it. But to truly change our lives, we must face that discomfort.
As I always tell my clients, change creates discomfort for those around you, and that’s the discomfort we must endure. It may bring feelings of guilt, powerlessness, frustration, sadness, and nostalgia. It’s okay to feel all of this because it’s part of the process.
It takes courage to move forward. Courage means acting from the heart; it’s not about not being scared but about feeling the fear and acting anyway.
The Sun Doesn’t Eclipse Alone...
This eclipse is potent because it comes with Chiron, and shortly after, the Sun will join Mercury. Can you imagine that, at the same time our consciousness (Sun) is eclipsed, our deepest wounds (Chiron) come to light, and our rational mind (Mercury) brings clarity? It’s an explosive combination!
The Sun-Mercury retrograde conjunction with Chiron invites deep reflection. It’s a time to examine how we communicate with others and ourselves, how we perceive life, and to heal old emotional wounds related to our identity and self-image.
This stellium reminds us of the importance of expressing our emotions honestly and clearly and of seeking inner healing to continue our personal growth. To do this, it’s essential to be truthful with ourselves, accept what’s happening, what we want, what we no longer want, and communicate it assertively, regardless of others' opinions.
Despite Mercury retrograde, this week’s Sun-Mercury union will bring clarity and understanding about the things we need to work on. I invite you to reflect on what happened in your life around February 14, March 18, and now, and see if there’s any repeating theme or situation.
Remember, if I keep lying to myself and resisting, the internal incoherence will create so much discomfort that life will push me out of my comfort zone to encourage change. Life always wants to help, and the conflicts we face today are solutions to deeper internal issues.
The Dance Continues, and the Guests Keep Coming
As if all of this weren't enough, more guests are arriving at the party. This week, Mars and Saturn will join in Pisces. This is significant because Mars, our inner warrior, moves us toward our desires, while Saturn, the god of time, responsibility, and discipline, teaches us how to master our reality.
The Mars-Saturn conjunction delivers a message of discipline, determination, and perseverance. It urges us to focus on our goals and be patient through the process. Even though we want everything now, there is a biological time we must respect.
It’s a reminder that success requires effort and dedication. With determination and focus, we can overcome any obstacle. Since this union occurs in Pisces, it also reminds us that our soul marks the right direction. It urges us to listen to our intuition and act with courage.
So, I ask you: How are you spending your time? How are you managing it? What are you prioritizing over what your soul is asking for? Are you still waiting for someone to save you or trying to save others, avoiding responsibility for your own life?
This Doesn’t End This Week...
I wish I could tell you that once the eclipse is over and the conjunctions are done this week, it’ll all be over. But I’d be lying. This doesn’t end because, first, it’s energy, and second, more conjunctions are on their way.
In 10 days, we’ll have the most powerful conjunction of the year: Uranus and Jupiter will meet at 21 degrees Taurus. The last time this conjunction occurred was on May 7, 1941.
On one hand, this energy can bring a huge leap in consciousness, opening paths in areas we value. It gives us the opportunity to break free from limiting beliefs and manifest a life aligned with who we are today.
On the other hand, as I’ve mentioned, there are always two sides to the coin. While it may help us leap forward, it could also cause chaos, breaking everything that’s too rigid or incoherent. Jupiter expands whatever it touches, and if it encounters anger, incoherence, or frustration, that’s what it will expand. It’s crucial to stay aware and avoid mindless rebellion or hedonism.
Look Inward, Not Outward
These astronomical events provide an opportunity to reflect on our lives, connect with our inner selves, and grow in wisdom and consciousness. I encourage you to use this energy to make small changes in your daily life, guiding you toward where you want to go.
I know the world is filled with turmoil, and fear is on the rise, but staying in that emotional state won’t help. It’s essential to look inward and focus on changing your world. As Krishnamurti said, "We do not see the world as it is, but as we are." If I want to see a more loving external reality, I need to make sure my inner reality is loving, and that’s how we contribute to the collective unconscious.
This month, try listening to fewer news reports and spend more time reflecting on what’s bothering you in your life. Begin making decisions on what you’d like to do about it. And if you don’t know how, always ask for help. Let someone guide you, support you, and help you see what you can’t see on your own.
