Do You Already Feel the Urge to Move Forward with Your Desires?
Mars and Venus Take the Spotlight This Week
This week kicks off with a lot of movement—we will feel the astrological energy shifting as special attention falls on Mars and Venus, two planets whose movements will significantly influence our lives.
Mars, our inner warrior, and Venus, our Aphrodite, will bring us drive and strength to go after our goals during this period, as they both change signs and enter their domains, where they feel incredibly powerful.
Mars Conjunct Neptune in Pisces
The week started with a powerful conjunction between Neptune and Mars in the dreamy sign of Pisces, just before Mars entered its home sign, Aries. This alignment invites us to connect with our intuition, creativity, and spirituality.
Mars, the catalyst for action, merged with Neptune’s energy, urging us to act from a place of compassion and empathy. It also encourages us to develop our spirituality, deepen our energetic awareness, and connect with the subtle field surrounding us, even if we can’t see it.
However, we must be cautious of the potential for confusion and unclear boundaries, which are also likely under this energy. On the bright side, this conjunction provides us with the ability to act with inspiration, fostering a sense of spiritual connection and compassion toward everything around us.
On the downside, we may experience significant confusion, a lack of clear limits, or excessive idealism. If your goals are still unclear, this energy might create even more uncertainty.
If you feel this way, I invite you to look back and reflect on recent months. With the eclipses and Mercury retrograde, you’ve likely already received many signs. Now that Mercury is direct, it will be easier to make sense of everything.
The key lessons of this conjunction between the Warrior and Poseidon are learning to trust our intuition, balancing action with sensitivity, practicing compassion toward ourselves and others, and establishing healthy boundaries in our relationships.
Mars in Aries: Power and Determination
Mars moves on from Neptune and enters Aries, its home sign, where it gains extra strength, becoming bold and determined—a powerful fire that moves forward without letting anything stand in its way.
This transit pushes us to take initiative, defend our goals with courage, and pursue our desires with passion. It’s time to be proactive, take charge of our lives, and get things moving.
The benefits of this transit include increased determination, courage, and directed action. It’s an opportunity to harness this energy, especially since Mars hasn’t been home in two years.
However, as always, there are two sides to every coin. This energy can also lead to impulsivity, confrontation, and selfishness. As I always tell my community on Telegram—be mindful not to kick the bucket, only to have to pick it up later.
Before acting without thinking about the consequences, take a deep breath and connect with your intuition. Let’s carry forward Neptune’s lesson from earlier in the week. If you're interested, I shared an exercise on Telegram to help connect with your inner warrior and listen to what it truly desires. You can find the access link at the end of this article.
The lessons of this transit include learning to channel Mars’ energy constructively, using Aries’ fiery drive positively, cultivating patience and diplomacy in our actions, and leading with integrity and empathy—becoming leaders who inspire rather than tyrants who rule through fear.
Venus in Taurus: Stability and Sensuality
Meanwhile, Venus also changed signs yesterday, entering Taurus, one of its ruling signs, generally bringing a sense of stability, sensuality, and connection to nature—though this time, it may not feel that way at first...
This transit always invites us to enjoy earthly pleasures, cultivate beauty, peace, and harmony, and connect with our senses while valuing emotional and material security. It’s a time to focus on self-care, reassess our values, and reflect on what truly matters to us.
The benefits of this transit include emotional stability, a deeper connection to nature, and heightened sensuality. We may feel drawn to experiencing well-being, seeing our desires fulfilled, and fostering more harmony and pleasure in our lives. Venus wants to reap the rewards of everything it worked for in Aries over the past month.
So, I ask you: Do you already know what you want? Have you clarified your desires? Have you been working on your self-esteem and well-being recently? This could be a key moment for manifestation—Venus asks, and Mars delivers. If we align our inner desires with our actions, we can achieve our goals!
Of course, every transit has its shadow side. In this case, it may bring resistance to change, excessive attachment to material things or worldly pleasures, or a tendency to seek approval to be loved. But it’s time to let go of these patterns—after all, we’ve been learning so much lately...
What Venus Has Learned Over the Past Year
Since last year, Venus has undergone major transformations. Now, returning home, it carries wisdom and awareness. The last time Venus entered Taurus was in March 2023, then it retrograded in Leo between July and September, bringing significant challenges into our lives. Additionally, Venus has been ruling the eclipses for years—first in Taurus and now in Libra—and this will continue.
All of this indicates that our values and priorities have been under deep revision. Issues like self-worth, personal respect, and conflicts around self-esteem have likely hit us hard over the past year.
Now, Venus invites us to define the values we want to build our lives upon, appreciate inner harmony, cultivate gratitude for what we have, release attachments and resistance to change, and embrace self-love so deeply that we never doubt our worth again—regardless of external factors.
Venus Square Pluto: Deep Transformation
As I mentioned earlier, this Venus transit may not feel easy at first. If we haven’t learned to recognize our self-worth and define our priorities and guiding values, the universe might send us one more cosmic wake-up call.
As soon as Venus enters Taurus, it squares Pluto in Aquarius. This aspect challenges our inner Aphrodite, pushing us to confront our shadows, transform our relationships, and break free from destructive patterns—especially in friendships, social groups, and communities we are part of.
If we still hold onto connections that no longer resonate, this transit will highlight them so we can make choices and align with our truth. Moreover, this week, Pluto also interacts with Mars and begins its retrograde, making these relationship reevaluations even more evident.
The Deep Transformation Continues
All these influences encourage us to dive into our psyche, heal emotional wounds, and emerge with greater authenticity and personal power. It’s a time to embrace transformation with courage and open ourselves to new ways of loving and relating—with more respect, responsibility, and compassion.
It may sound intense, but this process brings significant benefits, such as deep self-worth transformation, emotional healing, and personal rebirth.
That said, it can also stir up emotional intensity, force us to confront our inner darkness, and trigger conflicts due to resistance to change.
The key is to accept and embrace our shadows—remember, we cannot eliminate them; they are part of us, and they make us whole. As Carl Gustav Jung said, "I would rather be whole than good." This transit also invites us to release toxic relationship patterns and cultivate authenticity and vulnerability in love.
Walk Forward with Confidence, Determination, and Integrity
Ultimately, this week brings a shift in energy, and we may feel that events start accelerating. We are invited to integrate the powerful energy of Mars and Venus to grow, heal, and expand our path.
Let’s take advantage of these celestial influences to connect with our inner strength, cultivate authentic relationships, and move toward our highest potential. Remember, you are not alone—inside you lies an unlimited power waiting for you to connect with it. And, as I always say, if you can’t or don’t know how to do it alone, ask for help—life always sends us what we need.
