If January felt like a long and intense month, get ready for February
The energetic acceleration continues, and it’s essential to stay centered
Last week, I was talking to a guy, and he made a comment, saying, “I’m happy that January is over.” At that moment, I didn’t say anything, but later I thought, “You don’t know what February has in store for you.”
If I can offer a recommendation, write down everything you’re feeling, observing, and perceiving. It will be helpful for your process.**
Available Energy
In previous articles, I shared that 2024 began with a bang and that life would ask us for deep change and transformation. This is partly because Pluto entered Aquarius and because Uranus will be very active—not only because it woke up from its slumber, but also due to all the alignments it will make. Uranus is also the dispositor of Aquarius, and everything that happens there will activate it.
As if this intense energy weren’t enough, we will also have other factors challenging us in these upcoming months… or rather, this year, to be more precise.
Eclipse Season
In the past two weeks, I’ve been talking about emotional responsibility (you can read the articles here and here), and maybe you didn’t realize it, but my intention was to prepare you for the upcoming eclipse season in March, which will center on relationships because we’re talking about the Aries-Libra axis—me with myself, and me with others…
That’s why, if I want to take that quantum leap I will be asked for this year, and I want to take the reins of my life, instead of letting life drag me and run me over, I need to prepare myself, stay centered, learn from my projections, and know that, although I don’t like it, the reality I’m seeing is one I have created based on that unconscious information that rules me. Therefore, only I can change it.
What’s Coming
This is not to scare you, far from it; in fact, I must confess that I’m very excited and anxious to see what life will present to me. I am already doing my work and preparing myself mentally, physically, and emotionally. The energy that has been activated is totally unpredictable; yes, when we talk about Aquarius and Uranus, we can never know what will happen. It can bring us unexpected surprises, revelations that shock us, unforeseen events, and anyone trying to predict it is wasting their time.
As one of my teachers, Pablo, told me last week, this year won’t give us any breaks. The energy will increase and intensify as the months go by, and the invitation will be to leave our comfort zone.
Most Challenged Signs
I’ve been studying with Pablo virtually for years, and this was the third time I had the opportunity to attend his live courses. During the talk, he mentioned that the signs that will feel the most discomfort this year will be Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and, of course, Aquarius.
This means that people with strong energy in these signs—those with planets or ascendants in them or those who have these signs in specific houses like the 4th, 7th, or 10th house—will face the most challenges. Other people will also feel everything happening in the sky and will encounter situations inviting change and transformation, but perhaps to a lesser degree.
You’re probably wondering, “What should I do with this?” “How can I flow with this energy or make the most of it?” Well, the answer is always the same: do your personal work, look at those wounds and traumas we don’t want to face and, most often, pretend aren’t there.
My Methods
There are many methods, and each person chooses the one that suits them best. But I can tell you this: if the method you choose takes you away from reality, dissociates you, and gives you peace, satisfaction, or momentary tranquility, but not real peace, none of that will help you. It won’t help if you hide inside your house, meditate and do things nonstop, or pretend that everything is fine.
This February, we’ll have a triple conjunction in Pisces, and if we’re running away from ourselves and escaping to a fantasy world where everything is rosy, Saturn will give us a “cosmic slap” to bring us back to reality.
I can share the methods I use, which have helped me throughout these years to change my life, feel true inner peace, calm my mind, and ground myself without the process hurting so much.
BNE®
The first method is to become aware of all that unconscious information that governs me and makes me repeat the same stories over and over again. This awareness has been achieved through BNE® and the self-inquiry journal I always keep to track my emotional processes.
Floral Therapy
The second method I use, and the one that has helped me deal with all that information I’ve become aware of, is floral therapy. It’s a powerful healing method. In addition to the flowers, I also use alchemical gems, but they are much stronger, so I recommend starting with flowers. I already have my formulas ready for this season because I’m determined to take advantage of the Uranian and Plutonian energy to make that quantum leap.
Reiki
Reiki is another method that can help you manage your emotions better. I use it a lot in my sessions because it’s a connection I establish with the essence of the person, and the message is always clear. Yes, even if they don’t want to, people always lie, but their essence doesn’t.
Astrology
Lastly, but certainly not least, therapeutic astrology is a self-knowledge tool that helps us understand the processes we’re going through, and it also helps us know the specific and personal traits each of us presents.
NVC
As I said, there are many options. I also recommend reviewing Nonviolent Communication (NVC), which will be very useful during the eclipse season, and practice empathy and humility. Be flexible in the situations you encounter and, as I always tell my Telegram community, if you don’t know how to do it alone, learn to ask for help.
Even though life often seems unfair or harsh, I want to remind you that life is always helping us, always conspiring in our favor. All that discomfort we experience comes from the resistance we have to change, to stop enduring experiences we don’t like, that hurt us, that damage us.
How many times do we stay in situations we know we don’t want anymore but continue to hold onto out of fear? “Better the devil you know than the devil you don’t.” The quantum field hears our vibration, and all it does is bring us what we need at that moment. That’s why it’s perfect, and what I see as a problem is, in fact, a solution for that experience.
Journaling
I encourage you to prepare for this energy, seek help if you don’t know how to do it, and do journaling—keep a self-inquiry journal so you can be aware of your process. I’m sharing the one I prepared for this season in case it helps or inspires you.
Emergency List
Finally, I invite you to remember to make your emergency list, a resource recommended to me by Andreia Müller, and which I use when my energy drops, and I find it difficult to move forward.
This consists of making a list of all those things that elevate your vibration—things that bring you joy, that give you strength, that make you feel peaceful and relaxed. When moments of anxiety, insecurity, nervousness, frustration, etc., arise, I invite you to grab your list, do something from it, and then, after elevating your vibration, decide what to do with that situation.
