What Would Your Eulogy Say?
Capricorn and Goals
This week, I want to talk to you again about this sign. I've already spoken about it twice before, but its energy remains very active and powerful, and this week it’s going full force.
In the previous article, I shared that Mars entered Capricorn and would be exalted, which would bring us strength and drive to move forward and achieve our goals. However, to fully take advantage of this energy, we need to know exactly what those goals and objectives are.
I also want to let you know that I’ve prepared a planner for my Telegram community about Capricorn season, and if you'd like to use it, I’m sharing it here for you to download.
Capricorn and Planning
This week, this energy becomes even more activated because Mercury, now direct, enters this sign once again and will collaborate with Mars so we can plan, analyze, review, and determine what we need to move forward.
It will bring us focus on our projects and work, and our minds will be able to create well-defined strategies that will help us scale.
Capricorn and Initiative
As I said, right now we have a lot of Capricorn energy in the sky. This Thursday, we’ll also experience the new moon in Capricorn, meaning the moon and sun will unite, marking the start of a new cycle, lasting 28 days, but also 6 months until we reach the full moon in Capricorn.
This indicates that we are beginning something in our lives that we will see develop over the next few months, culminating around July 21.
Capricorn and Transformation
As I also mentioned in the previous article, the year started with full force, and I wasn’t lying. This new moon comes charged with Pluto’s energy, the lord of the underworld, who invites us to transform. Well, more than inviting, it pushes us toward it…
After joining with the sun, the moon will move towards this powerful energy. If we prepare ourselves, don’t resist change and transformation, and clearly define our goal, everything we set out to do in these days could mark a before and after in our lives.
That’s why I leave you with some reflective questions: What do you want to project for this year? Where do you see yourself in 6 months? What would you be willing to leave behind to achieve it? Pluto speaks of destruction to build something new, and Capricorn asks that this new creation be solid, responsible, sustainable over time, and beneficial for the collective...
Mars in Capricorn: Conscious or Unconscious Reactions?
All this may sound great, but you might also be feeling, “Nothing like this is happening to me, or I’m not feeling it that way.” And the truth is, every coin has two sides. When I talk about all of this, I’m talking about available energy, energy that’s there for us to use or not, and that depends on each one of us.
I may really want to take advantage of it, but as I always tell my Telegram group, depending on how healed my traumas are, I’ll vibrate on one frequency or another, and that has nothing to do with the stars.
Capricorn’s energy isn’t easy; it’s a demanding energy, and if we vibrate low, we can become very rigid and demanding, disconnect from our emotional needs, and focus only on material things, work, and responsibilities.
Mars in Capricorn speaks of a lot of productivity, strength, and push, but it can also bring coldness, rudeness, materialism, and immaturity due to the anxiety of getting what we want…
It also tells us that we might move forward without pausing to think carefully about what we’re doing, making unconscious reactions driven by impulse, and even making imprudent decisions or stepping on others just to succeed.
The ideal would be to pause for a moment to breathe, to feel our bodies, and before making a decision, observe how that option feels inside: How does visualizing that outcome make me feel? What emotional state does it lead me to? Would it bring a constructive result for both myself and those around me? Or would it result in something destructive?
Capricorn and Legacy
And I ask you this also because Capricorn is actually a social sign. Even though it’s often misunderstood or misinterpreted, Capricorn is interested in manifesting something productive for the community, teaching others how to achieve goals, how to succeed, how to triumph.
It’s that authority figure that inspires others to follow in their footsteps, generating admiration rather than fear or hatred; it’s that paternal figure that embraces us and shows us the way; it’s that demanding yet responsible and empathetic boss who knows how to give orders and lead to reach the goal while being sensitive at the same time…
It’s that successful person not because they have a lot but because they’ve connected with their heart and manifested things that truly make their soul vibrate, and in doing so, they set an example; it’s that authority figure I would like to turn to when I feel lost and disoriented because I know they will listen to me and lend a helping hand.
Maybe this figure is often absent, and that’s because the world we grew up in has focused more on producing and capitalizing, demanding hours and hours of work and sacrifice, teaching us to compete rather than help each other. But that’s starting to change…
My Presence in This World
I’m telling you all of this because it’s been a long and challenging week for me. I’ve gone through emotional highs and lows that generated insecurity, but by embracing this state, I also felt the strength of Mars in Capricorn rising and bursting out of me like the Phoenix.
If I tell you, I’ve always been sensitive to the energy of my surroundings since I was very young. I can observe things that others don’t see, perceive what others don’t feel, and come to know people even better than they know themselves. This always caused me pain; to be completely honest, the world has always hurt me a lot, and my defense mechanism was to hide and escape to the invisible world, which treated me better than this one.
What hurt me the most was seeing lies, selfishness, and lack of empathy. I couldn’t believe how people could be so insensitive as to not realize that those attitudes hurt others. Thanks to BNE®, I was able to change my perception of the world. I understood that light cannot exist without shadow, and everything I attract into my life is by resonance. So if I wanted to change it, I had to change myself because, in the end, the world is me, and I was like that too.
Although it doesn’t happen as often now, there are moments like last week when it repeats itself, and the world starts hurting again, but now I see it differently. It lasts less and I use it to my advantage. These experiences not only guide me on what I need to keep working on within myself but also make decision-making easier, and even reinforce or clarify my goal. I’ve learned to embrace that feeling very strongly, bring a lot of consciousness to it, and, as always, have the honest conversation in front of the mirror.
My Eulogy
The fortunate part of my week was that, by being clear about my goal, this Capricornian force pushes me forward. I know I’ve come to help in this world, in whatever way I can, but I’m here to accompany anyone who asks for it. And among everything I’ve learned, the following phrases give me that push to not fall into my defense mechanism, rise again, and continue on my path:
“Playing small doesn't serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.” (Williamson)
“If you are a person of talent, it doesn’t mean you’ve already received something. It means you can give something.” (Carl G. Jung)
Since Capricorn speaks of responsibility, and I would add Emotional Responsibility due to its connection with Cancer, I want to end this article with some questions that can help elevate Capricorn energy in our lives, questions that help us reflect on our actions in daily life, with the people around us, with those we meet on the street or at a traffic light, and with ourselves in solitude.
Today, I ask you… What would you like people to say about you when you’re no longer in this world? What would your eulogy say? If you could observe, hearing what people are saying about you when you’re in another plane, what would they really say? Does it align with what you would like them to say?
Last year, I took a course with Matthew McConaughey called RoadTrip. One of the exercises was precisely this—writing our eulogy, reflecting on the legacy we wish to leave in the world, and confessing whether everything we’re doing today truly aligns with that desire.
When I know exactly what my heart wants and build a firm, solid foundation around it, strong winds may shake me and delay me, but they won’t throw me off track, and this is how I become a pillar…
