Time for a Quantum Leap: Buckle Up and Move Forward
Week Wow
In my last article, I talked about the powerful New Moon in Capricorn, which was infused with Pluto's energy—the lord of transformation. This moon marked the beginning of a deep transformation in our lives.
This week, that transformation energy is only getting stronger. We not only have a waxing moon in Aries, giving us the inner fire to go after what we want, but Aquarius season is also starting—and it’s coming in strong. If you’ve already done some self-reflection and internal work, you’ll be ready to flow with this energy.
The Sun in Aquarius
On Saturday the 20th, the Sun moves into Aquarius, shining light on all things Aquarian. Our minds will become more active, and we may start receiving fresh, original ideas.
Aquarius is all about the future. It wants us to be our most unique, creative, and spontaneous selves. It’s a sign that cares about the collective, urging everyone to move forward together toward a shared purpose.
Aquarius invites us to give ourselves permission to be authentic, to break free from limiting mental patterns and beliefs, and to shine from our essence. Aquarius is a natural leader, someone others want to follow.
The Two Sides of Aquarius
As with all things, Aquarius has two sides. While it encourages freedom and originality, its lower vibration can lead to rebellion for rebellion’s sake, detachment, coldness, and isolation. When we get too caught up in our thoughts, we disconnect from the warmth of our hearts and our human connection.
When we’re in this low-vibration state, we can become so rebellious that we oppose things just to be different. This can prevent us from doing what we really want, and instead, we might end up going too far in the opposite direction.
It’s like putting on armor that becomes too rigid and inflexible. This paralyzes us and makes it hard to move freely, causing us to lose that natural originality and spontaneity.
Aquarius in Balance
What’s important to remember is that Aquarius is ruled by both Uranus and Saturn. Uranus brings radical freedom and change, while Saturn reminds us that with every decision comes responsibility.
We need to be mindful of overindulgence and stay responsible for our actions. At the same time, we can give ourselves permission to be who we truly are, to follow our own path, and to do what others might not understand.
We also need to remember that we live in a world of duality—everything has its opposite. When we get too rebellious and oppose everything others think, we create separation. From a place of unity, we can see that everything we see outside of us is just a reflection of ourselves. These are parts of us that we haven’t fully accepted.
The key is integrating both sides of Aquarius: finding a balanced path that allows us to accept and express what others show us, and to do so from a place of authenticity.
Pluto in Aquarius
Aquarius season is about to get even more powerful. The Sun won’t be entering Aquarius alone—it’s doing so alongside Pluto, the god of the underworld.
Pluto’s energy may seem intimidating because it’s associated with destruction and chaos, but it’s actually an energy of deep transformation. Its goal is to help us shed everything that no longer aligns with our hearts.
Building Requires Destruction
Pluto teaches us that in order to build something real and meaningful, we first need to clear away what’s no longer serving us. Think of a field full of weeds that you want to plant new seeds in. You can’t just plant on top of the weeds—you need to clear the field first.
If we skip the cleaning process and try to plant seeds in a field filled with weeds, those new plants won’t have the space or strength to grow. This is what Pluto is pushing us to do: clear the old, make space for the new, and create a better foundation.
Especially in Aquarius, Pluto encourages us to move toward the future with new ideas and fresh perspectives. Each of us has something unique that makes us shine. Our task is to bring that uniqueness out and share it with the world, benefiting everyone in the process.
But for this to happen, something has to go. We need to let go of limiting beliefs, patterns, and behaviors that hold us back from expressing ourselves. Pluto will push us to face our inner darkness, allowing us to let go, transform, and evolve.
A Time to Shine
Aquarius gives us the energy and courage to be true to ourselves, to step out of our comfort zones, and to embrace the discomfort that comes with being authentic. Yes, there may be fear of rejection or abandonment, and some people might distance themselves because they don’t like the “new” version of us. That will hurt.
But let me tell you from my experience: the more you try to mold yourself to fit in with others, the more you distance yourself from your true self. And that’s a pain that’s even harder to bear.
So, buckle up and get ready to leap forward. This energy is going to keep building, and if we use it to our advantage, we’re in for a quantum leap in our lives.
