The Solar Eclipse in Libra is Coming

Are You Ready for Deep Transformation?

Next Saturday, we will experience an annular solar eclipse in Libra, and whenever an eclipse approaches, emotional intensity rises. You may already be feeling it, as this week carries an incredibly intense energy.

Over the past weeks, I have been sharing that we are beings of both light and shadow, as we live in a dual world. However, we tend to hide our shadows, suppress them, and push them away. As a result, our unconscious mind often projects them onto others. In other words, we express our shadows externally, through other people.

Balance

This upcoming eclipse speaks to this concept. Libra is the sign of relationships and justice, among many other things. It invites us to find equilibrium and balance between giving and receiving. But remember, we are talking about energy—this doesn’t happen on a single day, but rather unfolds over days and weeks. Most likely, you are already noticing which relationships in your life are imbalanced so that you can take action.

Have you ever found yourself doing things you don’t want to do just to please others? Have you realized how often you sacrifice your well-being in order to maintain peace in your surroundings? What consequences has this brought you?

Coherence

Today, I want to talk to you about coherence—a word that is becoming quite trendy and sounds appealing, but is often misunderstood. The truth is, we all need to start applying it in our daily lives to lead a healthier existence.

Coherence means saying “yes” when you truly mean “yes” and saying “no” when you genuinely feel like saying “no.” It means going to places where you actually want to be and avoiding those where you don’t. In essence, coherence is about listening to your inner voice and respecting it. It’s about asking yourself, “Why am I doing this?” before making decisions and acting accordingly—regardless of how your choice might impact those around you. And, of course, taking responsibility for that choice.

Why is coherence important?

Because every time I do something I don’t want to do just to please others, I betray myself. I neglect my own needs and desires, and my soul feels it, suffers from it, and expresses it through my body. Physical symptoms often appear as a way for my unconscious mind to communicate that something is off. The greater the incoherence, the stronger the symptom. In the end, this is the message I send into the quantum field.

Incoherence

If I live in incoherence—meaning I feel one thing, think another, say something different, and ultimately do something else—the result will be more of the same. How? I will attract more incoherence. I will see it in my relationships, my work, my home, and I might even start believing the world is against me, or that I am unlucky.

But if I use the power of thought inversion and ask myself: “If I see incoherence outside, and I already know that everything external is a reflection of me, where am I being incoherent? What do I need to learn from this?”—then I will be one step closer to transforming my reality.

Compassion

The goal is not to punish ourselves, to get angry, frustrated, or sad. The goal is to become aware. When I recognize what I am doing, I gain the power to choose differently, to take ownership of my life. I can look into the mirror, deep into my own eyes, and ask myself what I want to do next. Maybe I’ll repeat the same behavior—change doesn’t always happen overnight—but at least now I am conscious, and my next step will be daring to act in alignment with what I truly desire.

And then, compassion arises within me. The ability to understand that I am a being who is learning, growing, and evolving at my own pace. I allow myself to stumble and fall, but I also rise again. I become my own best friend, supporting, embracing, and accompanying myself on this journey.

A Leap in Consciousness

In the coming weeks, the energy in the sky will invite us to take this step. It will highlight the incoherencies we fall into and the imbalance they create in our relationships. If you dare to embrace the discomfort and use it to your advantage—to uncover the lessons and opportunities hidden within—by the end of eclipse season, in just over a month, you could take a quantum leap in your personal growth.

And you don’t have to do it alone. If you need support, ask for help, talk to someone you trust, or seek guidance from a specialist. Learning to reach out is not only an act of humility but also allows us to cultivate deeper, more authentic relationships.

Trust in your personal power, trust in life, and embrace transformation!
